QURAN

In our Islamic studies curriculum, will cover the Quran (Recitation, Memorization, Tafseer, and Tajweed).Students who will participate in the Quran program will be able Insha Allah to recite the Quran properly with Ahkam and Tajweed (Reciting Terms and Conditions) and will be able to understand the Quran through the Tafseer classes which will help them to understand why, where and when the Sura/verse was revealed, and how to apply its teaching in daily life.

The main reason to learn the Quran is to understand it not just to recite it, as our prophet was described as a Quran walking, which means that Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him used to understand the Quran and apply its teachings in his daily life.

Quran memorization will NOT be mandatory for students, only students who decide to memorize the Quran will be admitted to the memorization curriculum, and we will use the methodology of the companions of the prophet peace be upon them, which is memorizing 10 verses by 10 verses and applying them in their daily life, which sobhan Allah will make it easy for the students to memorize and understand the Quran.

AUDIENCE

This class is open to all ages, students will be divided into groups based on their ages and level, there will be a group for each age range which is 3 years range.

Students with Advanced level will have there own class group regardless of the age.

Mu’awiyah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah said, “When Allah wishes good for someone, He bestows upon him the understanding of Deen.”

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Allah makes the way to Jannah easy for him who treads the path in search of knowledge.”

AQIDAH AND FIQH

AQIDAH

In the Aqidah we will hold group classes based on age to teach students about the faith and what are the principals of the faith and to be a good Muslim, and understand the six pillars of Aqidah which is to believe in Allah and his messengers, holy books (Quran, Zaboor, Torah, Enjeal), Angeles, the day of Judgment, and the Qadar/Destiny (in good and bad)

Surat Al-Baqarah

۞ لَّيۡسَ ٱلۡبِرَّ أَن تُوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمۡ قِبَلَ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلۡبِرَّ مَنۡ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأَخِرِ وَٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕڪَةِ وَٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ وَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ وَءَاتَى ٱلۡمَالَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ ذَوِى ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡيَتَـٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَـٰكِينَ وَٱبۡنَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَٱلسَّآٮِٕلِينَ وَفِى ٱلرِّقَابِ وَأَقَامَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَى ٱلزَّڪَوٰةَ وَٱلۡمُوفُونَ بِعَهۡدِهِمۡ إِذَا عَـٰهَدُواْ‌ۖ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ فِى ٱلۡبَأۡسَآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ وَحِينَ ٱلۡبَأۡسِ‌ۗ أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ ٱلَّذِينَ صَدَقُواْ‌ۖ وَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَ (١٧٧)

It is not Al-Birr (piety, righteousness, and each and every act of obedience to Allâh, etc.) that you turn your faces towards east and (or) west (in prayers); but Al-Birr is (the quality of) the one who believes in Allâh, the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, the Prophets[] and gives his wealth, in spite of love for it, to the kinsfolk, to the orphans, and to Al-Masâkin (the poor), and to the wayfarer, and to those who ask, and to set slaves free, performs As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and gives the Zakât, and who fulfill their covenant when they make it, and who are patient in extreme poverty and ailment (disease) and at the time of fighting (during the battles). Such are the people of the truth and they are Al¬Muttaqûn (pious – see V.2:2) (177)

FIQH

In this class, we will hold lectures based on age, to teach the Fiqh of the dean, which means we will know the Ahkam (regulations and conditions) of Islam, and are the different opinions of the scholars about certain topics, and the difference between the Mazaheb and where every Mazhab came with its Daleel (the proof from the Quran and the Sunnah). And we will learn too about the Ahkam that all the scholars agreed on which are the vast majority of the Ahkam in Islam.

Another Advanced class will cover the Ahkam and how it forms the Islamic Sharia, and to get the right understanding from the Quran and Sunnah.

ISLAMIC HISTORY AND HADITH

ISLAMIC HISTORY

In this series of classes and lectures, we will cover the life of the prophet Mohamed peace be upon him from birth to Death. This class will be structured into two main sections :
A- Life before the Prophethood ( Birth to the age of 40).

B- Life after the Prophethood (40 to 63 Years old and his death)

In this class, we will cover how our prophet lived before Islam and all the challenges and the struggles he faced in the search of Allah (God), and his life after he became the prophet.

In this series, we will take all the lessons from the life of prophet Mohamed peace be upon him and how we can apply it in our life with our families and community.

This class will be for Youth and Adults.

HADEETH

In this series, we will study the easiest four Hadeeth books that Insha Allah any Muslim can understand and digest which are:
1- Sahih series from Bukhari and Muslim. صحيح البخاري و مسلم

2- Alarbawoon Al Nawaya الأربعون النووية

3- Reyiad Al Salheen رياض الصالحون

In this Series, we will study the history behind each book and a brief biography of the scholars who wrote them.

This class will be for youth and adults
